About this role

The RN's primary role is to provide personalized patient care; support the provider's practice by performing clinical duties and assisting in the coordination of patient care. Primary responsibilities include assessing and evaluating patient care needs, suggesting solutions to patient care problems and complaints, identifying and recommending solutions to departmental problems, assisting in assessing departmental function and productivity, and assessing patient/family learning needs and coordinating and carrying out teaching plan.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross)
  • CPR Certification
  • BLS Certification
  • Pass drug screening
