About this role

Home Health Registered Nurse position providing one-on-one patient care in home settings. Responsibilities include providing home-based care to patients with illnesses, injuries and chronic diseases after discharge, working with physicians and overseeing LPNs, CNAs and aides, conducting patient assessments, educating patients and families on care plans, and coordinating discharge from services. Compensation is $50-$150 per visit plus mileage and travel compensation, with full-time RNs averaging $75,000-$85,000 annually. Opportunities available in Boulder, Niwot, Louisville, Superior, and surrounding areas in Colorado.

Requirements

  • RN
  • CO RN license
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Colorado
  • Graduate of an accredited school or program of nursing
  • At least 1200 hours of experience as an RN
  • Health care CPR/BLS Certified (demonstration course required)
  • Home health care experience preferred
  • Pass a background check and drug test (required to test for THC)
  • No Covid Vaccination Required
