We are seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team at Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation. This pivotal role involves overseeing nursing operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and enhancing the quality of care provided to our residents. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking growth in their nursing career. Join a team of dedicated clinicians as the Director of Nursing! In this position you will provide leadership to a dedicated team who is focused on providing quality care in a family focused environment.

Minimum starting salary for the position is $95,000.00 annually; salary is negotiable based on experience.

The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation.

Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to best practices in patient care. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with regulatory standards. Oversee the creation and management of individualized care plans for residents. Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and Medicare regulations and other healthcare standards. Conduct regular assessments of patient health status and adjust care plans as necessary. Foster a collaborative environment among clinical staff to enhance patient outcomes. Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional development.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license; BSN preferred. Proven experience in nursing administration or leadership roles. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology. Experience with acute care settings; hospice care experience is a plus. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Prior experience in Long Term Care clinical management is preferred
