About this role
Role: Responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in accordance with nursing standards, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
- Educate patients and families, participate in discharge planning, and evaluate nursing interventions’ effectiveness.
