About this role

Role: Responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in accordance with nursing standards, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Educate patients and families, participate in discharge planning, and evaluate nursing interventions’ effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with physicians and staff, delegate tasks appropriately, and adjust assignments based on patient acuity and needs.
  • Promote teamwork, troubleshoot equipment issues, and engage in evidence-based practice initiatives.
  • Participate in quality and safety programs, support organizational goals, and contribute to a positive clinical environment.
