Salary range: $45.30 - $63.95 per hour
How you'll make an impact in this role
Rapidly triage, stabilize, and provide direct emergency nursing care to high-acuity patients in accordance with hospital policies and trauma protocols.
Continuously monitor patient status, perform precise vital and diagnostic assessments, and swiftly execute critical physician orders and medication administration.
Serve as the primary clinical advocate to coordinate dynamic, multidisciplinary care during emergency interventions and streamline patient flow.
Lead timely discharge planning and post-emergency transfer coordination alongside the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and continuity of care.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
