Make a Lasting Difference as a Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM)! Dierksen Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice RN Case Manager to join our dedicated nursing team providing exceptional end-of-life care throughout the community.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, Occassional On-Call. Territory: Texarkana. In this rewarding role, you'll deliver hands-on hospice nursing care, coordinate services, and guide patients and families through every step of their hospice journey.

- Current CPR certification
