  • Mom/Baby RN (Full & Part Time - Nights) Work in the Mom & Baby unit caring for new mothers and their infants during the postpartum period. Your Role & Impact

As a Registered Nurse on our Mom/Baby team, you play a vital role in providing safe, compassionate, and family-centered care to postpartum patients and their newborns. You will use your expertise in assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to support recovery, education, and bonding during this critical stage.

You will apply strong critical thinking and clinical judgment while serving as a clinician, teacher, leader, and advocate for both mother and baby. Collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members ensures every family receives high-quality, coordinated care aligned with the American Nurses Association standards, the Florida Nurse Practice Act, and our organizational mission and values.

Every interaction matters from recognizing the unique cultural and personal needs of each patient to educating and empowering families as they transition home. Guided by the Code of Ethics for Nurses, you help advance our shared commitment to excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement in care delivery.
