Key responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Supervise nursing assistants and coordinate daily nursing activities
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents and families
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in care plan development
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality resident care
What you’ll need
- Current and valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
- Dependability and excellent customer service skills
