Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance • Paid time off • Bonus based on performance • Competitive salary • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule Clinical Liaison – Business Development (RN) Turn Your Clinical Expertise Into a Rewarding Sales Career Company: Pacifica Infusion Services LLC Location: Palmdale, CA – Southern California Territory Type: Full-time Reports to: Owner / Managing Member Compensation: $90k base + uncapped commission (up to $300k/year is possible) We're looking for a Registered Nurse who's ready to step off the floor and into a role where your clinical background is your single biggest advantage. When you sit across from a neurologist, a rheumatologist, or an infusion coordinator, you'll speak their language, understand their patients, and earn the credibility that only a fellow clinician can. If you love the clinical world but are tired of bedside burnout, rotating shifts, or feeling like there's no runway to grow — this is your path forward. We'll teach you the sales; you already have the part that matters most. About Us Pacifica Infusion Services is a specialty and home infusion pharmacy serving patients across the Antelope Valley and California. As part of a national franchise network, we provide physician-prescribed infusion therapies — including IVIG, biologics, and specialty medications — delivered in the home and in our ambulatory infusion suite. Our mission is simple: get patients the therapies they need, safely and without the friction of the traditional healthcare system. We're a growing, nurse owned and operated business where your work has a direct, visible impact. What You'll Do • Build referral relationships with physicians and clinical staff across target specialties (neurology, rheumatology, allergy/immunology, gastroenterology, and more). • Educate referral sources on our infusion capabilities, therapies, and the patient experience — translating clinical value into practical benefits for their practice and their patients. • Own your territory: identify high-potential referral sources, plan your outreach, and manage a pipeline from first contact through active referral. • Serve as a clinical resource for referring offices, answering questions about therapies, site-of-care options, and the referral process with authority. • Track and report on activity and outcomes using our CRM and prospecting tools. Who You Are • Driven: This is a job in which you success is entirely dependent on your initiative. Did you take notes in class in multiple colors? Did you over-study for exams? For someone who wants to work your butt off, you can earn more than CRNAs. More than COVID travel pay. All while setting your own schedule and never have to do a bed bath again. Required: • Active, unrestricted California RN license (or eligibility to obtain). • Clinical nursing experience — infusion, home health, oncology, neurology, or specialty pharmacy experience is a strong plus. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; you build trust quickly. • Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule in a field-based role. • Preference for computer-based notation and comfort using AI • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel. • Coachable and genuinely excited to learn consultative selling. No prior sales experience is required. We provide structured training in consultative, SPIN-based selling — a low-pressure, needs-first approach that fits the way clinicians naturally communicate. (Think SBAR for sales) What We Offer • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission — your earning potential grows with your results. • Hands-on sales training and mentorship directly from ownership. • Autonomy and ownership of your territory — this is not a cubicle job. • Mission-driven work where you help real patients in your own community get the therapies they need. Ready to Make the Move? If you're a nurse who's ready to grow beyond the bedside and build something, we'd love to hear from you. To apply: Send your resume and a brief note about why you're interested to applynowvcofpalmdale@gmail.com. Pacifica Infusion Services is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
