Role Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Prepare the OR with necessary surgical instruments and supplies
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure a sterile and efficient environment
• Monitor patient status and responses throughout the procedure, responding promptly to changes
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and families on perioperative processes as needed
• Adhere strictly to hospital policies and regulatory standards to promote best surgical practices
