Role Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Prepare the OR with necessary surgical instruments and supplies

- Monitor patient status and responses throughout the procedure, responding promptly to changes
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on perioperative processes as needed
- Adhere strictly to hospital policies and regulatory standards to promote best surgical practices
