Ability to participate in team-building efforts on units; supports and models teamwork Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patient population(s) served. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and ability to assess data reflective of the patient's requirements relative to his or her population-specific and age specific needs. Ability to demonstrate versatility and willingness to work within the PRN RN Standardized Program as set forth in assigned Unit Based or Hospital Based commitment levels.
Education & Experience
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland or eligible to practice due to Compact state agreements outlined through the MD Board of Nursing required.
- Associate’s degree required. BSN preferred.
- One (1) year previous RN experience required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required upon hire.
- Must meet all unit-specific certification requirements (PALS, ACLS, NRP).

Flat Rate: $38.00
Other Compensation (shift differentials if applicable)
$4.75 weekdays $6.75 weekends
