Requirements
Active NY Registered Nurse (RN) license
Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in Long-Term Care
Previous Supervisor or Clinical Lead experience overseeing multiple units required
Charge Nurse-only experience is not sufficient
BLS certification through AHA or RQI required
CPI certification required within 90 days of hire
BSN preferred, but not required
Familiarity with NYSDOH requirements
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to remain professional and effective under pressure
Strong collaboration and team-building skills
Computer literacy required
