AccessNurse-TeamHealth is the premier medical call center, delivering 24/7 telephone nurse triage, answering services and health information services to hospitals, physician offices, and insurance plans across the country.

From day one, you'll work from home using advanced evidence-based clinical decision tools to help patients get the right level of care at the right time. As a Telephone Triage RN, you'll use clinical expertise and technology to guide patients across the lifespan & determine the best way to address their medical issues and concerns over the phone. You will: Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms, Deliver & document health education to assist patients in managing their symptoms when indicated, Assist in getting patients to the appropriate level of care, Consult with physicians as needed.
