Registered Nurse (RN) - Visiting Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse providing home health care services following ANA standards. Key Responsibilities Collect and analyze patient health data to determine nursing diagnoses. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with measurable goals. Perform interventions and assess patient progress toward outcomes. Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure quality care. Utilize evidence-based practices, considering safety, effectiveness, and cost. Evaluate nursing practice for quality and effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills Active RN license in the practice state. Valid driver’s license and insurability. Effective communication skills and visual acuity to perform duties. Preferred: Minimum two years of related experience.
