Requirements
- Assoc. Degree/College Diploma (minimum)
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (preferred)
- 1 year acute care experience in specialty for external hires
- California State RN License upon hire
- BLS Certification upon hire
- Other competencies as required by specialty unit (ex. ACLS, PALS, fetal heart monitoring)
- ANCC Specialty Certification (preferred, strongly recommended after 2 years in specialty)
