Responsibilities
Perform nursing assessments and clinical judgment for student health concerns
Administer medications, treatments, and manage chronic conditions according to care plans.
Develop, update, and oversee individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) and emergency action plans.
Communicate with families, physicians, and district nursing leadership regarding student health needs.
Maintain accurate health records, documentation, and compliance with state and district guidelines.
Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate care with EMS when needed.
