How you’ll make an impact in this role

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care in strict accordance with clinical protocols to ensure patient safety and optimal well-being. Manage and adapt personalized care plans by executing physician orders and monitoring progress to actively drive successful patient outcomes. Lead multidisciplinary collaboration as the central coordinator across clinical specialties, ensuring a seamless, holistic care experience for the patient. Champion seamless patient transitions by assessing and coordinating discharge needs early, preparing patients and families for the next stage of their recovery.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred to effectively support diverse patient populations.
