If yes, here’s how you will contribute to the team

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes, but is not limited to:

Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents. Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status. Medication administration. Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff. Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information. Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Must Have

  • LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
  • Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
  • Behavioral care / memory care experience
  • Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
