We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Hospice Team in Berks & Lebeanon Counties, P A. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care. Our team is committed to providing personalized support and comfort in the familiar surroundings of patients' homes. Qualifications: About You • You should have an active RN license in the state in which you are practicing or be a new grad with eligibility to take NCLEX. • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospice, palliative care, or related field preferred but not required. • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. • Knowledge of hospice regulations and practices preferred.
