Key
Responsibilities:
Assist in evaluating and directing daily nursing department operations
Ensure nursing staff comply with job descriptions and uphold professional standards
Participate in facility surveys and compliance audits as required
Conduct daily rounds to monitor and maintain high standards of nursing care
Address patient and staff complaints, escalating issues to the Director of Nursing Services as appropriate

Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
Strong communication and leadership abilities
