- Current New York State RN License
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current New York State RN license
- BLS/CPR Certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- Infection Control Certificate
- NYS Mandatory Child Abuse Reporting Training Certificate
- Minimum 1 year of nursing home experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Experience with Sigma Care or similar EHR systems preferred
