RN Supervisor

Centennial Healthcare and Rehabilitation in West Philadelphia is seeking a RN Supervisor Part time 11p-7a to join their dedicated team of healthcare professionals. We provide post-acute services, rehabilitation services, skilled nursing and short/long-term care. Now hiring: RN supervisor Saturday and Sunday 11p-7a. Responsibilities include but are not limited: Provides directive and supportive consultation to facility nursing staff. Works with Director of Nursing Services to coordinate training. Educates and monitors activities. Works with facility for problem solving when needs arise in areas such as monitoring resident care delivery systems, recommending medication delivery systems and ordering schedules, training on use of forms and systems monitoring implementation of standards of care. Evaluates care plans and training. Trains and monitors all nursing policies and procedures. Works with facility committees on policies and procedures, program development and in-servicing.
