About this role

Registered Nurses (RN). Unicare Health Services is looking to hire RN's to work for home health patients in the DFW area. Essential functions include providing medical needs and treatment of adult and elderly patients primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, completing initial and ongoing assessment of home health patients, completing home health assessments, furnishing services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill, preparing clinical and progress notes, and completing appropriate documentation in a timely manner.
