Current LPN license in Missouri

Duties and

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional, personalized care supporting seniors in their activities of daily living

Encourage residents to socialize and engage for emotional and mental well-being

Create a safe environment where residents can thrive

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record new data

Take vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.

Follow instructions from and report updates to the supervising RN or physician
