About this role
CC Young, a vibrant senior living community and a non-profit leader in senior living and Health Care, is seeking a *Registered Nurse* to be a *Clinical Supervisor* for our *Home Health* *Department*. In this role, you will lead the nursing staff and field clinicians, oversee daily clinical operations, ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, while maintaining strict compliance with state, federal, and Medicare regulations.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader, an expert in clinical documentation, and a passionate advocate for patient safety and hospitalization prevention. If you excel at mentoring clinical staff and navigating complex case management in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
Monday – Friday 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM. Occasional on-call nights and weekends required.
Pay Range: $95,000- $130,000
