About this role

Show full description
Assumes 24-hour responsibility for supervising and coordinating the administrative and operational activities in the assigned areas. Collaborates with ancillary and interdisciplinary teams to develop goals and objectives based on analysis of clinical data to improve patient outcomes and create a culture of excellence. Responsible for achieving targeted KPIs and identified outcomes at the unit level. Full time 40 hours per week, Days/afternoons.

Requirements

  • Current RN license in state they are working or covered by compact
  • Bachelor of Science Nursing (required)
  • Masters of Science Nursing or Masters in Health Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Current RN license in state they are working or covered by compact (required)
  • BLS Basic Life Support (preferred upon hire, must obtain prior to entering patient care setting)
  • PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (preferred)
  • ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support (preferred)
  • NRP Neonatal Resuscitation Program (preferred)
  • TNCC Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum (preferred)
