Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - PRN

Responsibilities include administering skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services, teaching the patient, family, and other members of the health care team, and performing services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC). Qualifications include being a graduate of an approved school of clinical education and having basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with a review and approval from regional leadership. Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred. Requirements also include having a valid state driver license, maintaining automobile liability insurance as required by law, dependable transportation, and the ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
