Beach Breeze Rehabilitation and Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. If you are committed to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and regulatory guidelines

Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to ensure exceptional care delivery

Order, manage, and monitor medications, medical supplies, and equipment

Implement and follow individualized care plans tailored to residents’ needs

Provide wound care and other clinical treatments as assigned

Accurately document resident conditions, treatments, and responses

Maintain strict resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards

Qualifications

Active LPN license in the State of Florida

Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

Strong commitment to resident safety, dignity, and quality of life

Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach to care
