About this role

Resolve West Allis is looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse who is committed to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Shifts Available

  • Day and NOC Shifts
  • 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
  • Full-time/Part Time opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Monitor and document resident conditions
  • Communicate changes in condition to the clinical team
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Support residents and families with compassionate care

Qualifications

  • Active Wisconsin LPN license
  • Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable and resident-focused
