Resolve West Allis is looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse who is committed to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Shifts Available
- Day and NOC Shifts
- 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
- Full-time/Part Time opportunities
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and document resident conditions
- Communicate changes in condition to the clinical team
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support residents and families with compassionate care
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin LPN license
- Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and resident-focused
