Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $60/hour to $75/hour (new grads $60/hour to $65/hour) PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% company-funded 401k

About UM Shore Medical Center at Easton

Average daily encounters: 114
Staffing Model:
16-20 per physician – 84 hours of physician coverage daily
12-14 per APP – 36 hours of APP coverage daily
EMR: Epic
14 physician/8 APP provider hospitalist team
Dedicated nocturnist
Intensivists onsite until ~5 pm, then on call
