As the nation's premier physician-owned acute care group, we provide comprehensive APP leadership support at local, regional, and national levels, enabling you to concentrate on what truly matters: quality patient care. *Additional Details* * Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $60/hour to $75/hour (new grads $60/hour to $65/hour) PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% company-funded 401k *About UM Shore Medical Center at Easton* * Average daily encounters: 114 * Staffing Model: * 16-20 per physician – 84 hours of physician coverage daily * 12-14 per APP – 36 hours of APP coverage daily * EMR: Epic * 14 physician/8 APP provider hospitalist team * Dedicated nocturnist * Intensivists onsite until ~5 pm, then on call * Procedures not required * Open ICU * Inpatient services span a broad range of primary and secondary acute care services.
