Shift: Rotating| two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts | 40 Hrs/Week
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract (Possible Extension)
- Previous Urgent Care, Ed, or Clinic work required.
- Prefers someone with ED experience
Pay Package for 40 Hrs/Week
- Weekly Gross: $3,200/wk
- Weekly Stipends: $2,400/wk
- Hourly Taxable: $20/hr on W2
- Local Hourly Rate: $65/hr on W2

Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to determine urgent care needs.
- Administer medications and injections with precision, including IV infusions and medication administration tailored to acute conditions.
- Perform advanced procedures such as suturing, catheterization, and aseptic techniques to stabilize patients effectively.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic and Cerner for accurate documentation of patient encounters, treatments, and medical records management.
- Manage triage processes efficiently by prioritizing cases based on severity, ensuring timely interventions for critical patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with best practices in emergency medicine and urgent care standards.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care, emphasizing health coaching and prevention strategies.
