Local Hourly Rate: $65/hr on W2

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience within specialties.
Active MA state RN License.
Current BLS from AHA.
COVID Vaccination.
Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to determine urgent care needs.
Administer medications and injections with precision, including IV infusions and medication administration tailored to acute conditions.
Perform advanced procedures such as suturing, catheterization, and aseptic techniques to stabilize patients effectively.
Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic and Cerner for accurate documentation of patient encounters, treatments, and medical records management.
Manage triage processes efficiently by prioritizing cases based on severity, ensuring timely interventions for critical patients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with best practices in emergency medicine and urgent care standards.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care, emphasizing health coaching and prevention strategies.
