About this role
We are a short- and long-term care facility dedicated to providing high-quality resident care and strong clinical leadership. We are currently seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a Baylor weekend position , working 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM every weekend .
What You’ll Do
Provide clinical supervision and leadership during the day shift
Support nursing staff and ensure safe, effective resident care
Serve as the primary clinical resource for assessments, issues, and decision-making
Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Communicate effectively with management regarding shift operations
What We’re Looking For
Active RN license in good standing
Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Ability to commit to every weekend
Long-term care experience strongly preferred
