How this role fits you
About the employer
Jobot and Jobot Health are a recruiting and locum staffing firm, not a hospital. From an Indianapolis base you would still be applying into client facilities or travel assignments they post nationwide—permanent RN roles in places like Eugene/Springfield, Oregon and…
Worth asking
The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
- Can you walk me through differentials?
- What should I expect for weekend, call, and rotation?
- What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
- How are patient load, floating, and staffing support handled day to day?
