Today, RFGH is a 25-bed critical access facility that provides health care for more than 30,000 residents living in Somerset County, which extends from Skowhegan to the Canadian border. Loan forgiveness up to $2500 per year Free Gym membership This is a competent professional registered nurse position requiring practical and technical skills sufficient to deliver quality nursing care for newborns, childbearing women and women having OBGYN procedures. She/he must be able to assess and manage patients during all stages of pregnancy, labor and delivery, post-partum care, care of the neonate and post surgical care.

The RN must also be able to assess and meet the patient's physical, emotional and educational needs and have the knowledge to refer to outside agencies whenever indicated.

Status: Full time, 36 hours, 7p-7a. This position includes every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Qualities: This vibrant and forward-thinking RN will possess strong critical thinking, flexibility and communication skills. The ability to work independently but also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while providing patient-centered care is a must.

Requirements

Perinatal experience preferred, however will train an RN with strong clinical background. NRP, Fetal Monitoring, CLC, STABLE, and IV Therapy are also preferred. RN Maine License, ACLS and BLS required. Depending on the number of applicants and their qualifications, we may schedule an appointment for you.
