Responsibilities

Provide High-Quality Patient Care: CNAs will assist with daily living activities, ensuring patients' comfort, safety, and well-being.

Support Licensed Nurses: CNAs will perform routine nursing tasks under the guidance and supervision of a licensed nurse.

Promote Rehabilitation: CNAs will assist residents in their rehabilitation journey by encouraging and supporting exercise and conditioning routines.

Collaborate with the Healthcare Team: CNAs will communicate effectively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Maintain Accurate Documentation: CNAs will complete detailed and accurate nursing documentation to ensure proper care and compliance.
