Temporary Registered Nurse

This role is a temporary RN position offering a 90-day assignment with potential for full-time transition based on performance and unit needs.

RNs are experienced professionals responsible for delivering safe and high-quality patient care across various settings, including medical/surgical, telemetry, critical care, behavioral health, emergency, and women’s services. They must be adaptable to work at any location within the system.

Requirements include a minimum of two years of experience in the Med-Surg service line, an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), and current compact licensure. Specialty certification is preferred.

Key skills involve effective communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and computer literacy. Additional training such as cardiac dysrhythmia and NIH Stroke Scale certification are required or preferred. Specialty certifications may include CPI, fetal monitoring, and breastfeeding courses.
