Licensed Vocational Nurse or Medical Assistant with Phlebotomy License

We are looking for an experienced *LVN or Medical Assistant with phlebotomy certification* to become an integral part of our small team.

*The Role*

This is a hands-on position combining clinical care, patient coordination, and back-office responsibilities. Because we are a small concierge practice, we are looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and takes ownership of solving problems rather than simply passing them along.

_Responsibilities include:_

• Phlebotomy, vitals, ECGs, and medication reconciliation
• Placement and patient education for cardiac monitors, CGMs, and other devices
• Assisting with cardiovascular and exercise testing
• Providing physician-directed patient education
• Coordinating labs, imaging, referrals, and outside medical records
• Managing prior authorizations and tracking outstanding tests/results
• Answering patient calls and messages and escalating clinical concerns appropriately
• Scheduling and other back-office responsibilities as needed
• Helping ensure every patient receives a seamless, highly personalized experience

_Qualifications_

• Current California LVN license *or* Medical Assistant with appropriate phlebotomy certification
• Excellent phlebotomy skills required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Outpatient cardiology experience strongly preferred
• Experience with ECGs, cardiac monitors, prior authorizations, and EMRs preferred

This position will begin *part-time*, with the *opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the practice expands, if desired.*
