World Class Health (WCH) is a global Center of Excellence network helping self-insured employers save up to 50% on surgical and specialty care. The Nurse Navigator coordinates end-to-end episodes of care—primarily surgical—for employees and dependents traveling to Centers of Excellence (COEs) worldwide. Responsibilities include remote case management (pre-op through post-op), managing a caseload of surgical patients from inquiry through post-op recovery, obtaining health histories and required medical records, keeping patients and stakeholders informed, and ensuring safe transitions of care.
