Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Health Glen Mills, PA | Surrounding Areas | Flexible Scheduling Pay Range: $30+ /hr Make a Difference One Patient at a Time Angels of Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children. Why Join Angels of Care? 1:1 patient care (no ratios) Flexible shifts – days, nights, weekends Weekly pay + consistent scheduling 24/7 clinical support Paid training & simulation lab Strong, supportive team culture Fast onboarding – start working quickly What You’ll Do Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting Administer medications and treatments Monitor patient condition and complete assessments Educate and support families Follow individualized plan of care Qualifications Required: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania) Minimum 1 year of nursing experience Ability to provide care in a home setting Preferred: Pediatric or home health experience Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube) Strong training provided – grow your skills with us!
