About this role
We are currently looking to expand our team and are looking for an individual who has a great attitude, communication skills and is a team player. We offer a competitive benefits package. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supervision of certified nursing assistants.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing. Coordinating the provision of healthcare objectives to residents in a manner consistent with Federal, State, local, and facility regulations, guidelines, and standards. Duties include but are not limited to: Following facility and departmental policies, guidance, and directives when performing tasks and using equipment and supplies.
Ability to interpret policies and procedures for personnel, residents, and supervision of other nursing personnel. Give and receive reports to other nursing staff and assign duties as needed. Communicate residents' families responsible parties.
Monitor and supervise certified nursing assistants. Set up, administer, and chart medications. Maintain patient records.
MUST HAVE VALID REGISTERED NURSE LICENSE.
