• Licensure: Current, active RN license in the state of Utah (required). Skills: Strong clinical assessment abilities, competence in electronic medical record (EMR) documentation, and the ability to work autonomously while managing multiple responsibilities. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with remote work tools, including telehealth platforms, and proficiency in electronic communication. Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. Time Management: Strong self-organizational skills to manage a 50/50 split between client-facing and administrative tasks. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in managing client records, lab results, and medication orders. Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of HIPAA compliance, professional guidelines, and relevant state and federal regulations. Preferred: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
