Registered Nurse (RN), Full-Time Days

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team. They perform the nursing process, utilize evidence-based practices, and adapt care to diverse patient populations, ensuring personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities: Coordinate care delivery, document accurately, promote teamwork, participate in performance improvement, and support evidence-based research. They foster a respectful, inclusive environment, serve as preceptors or mentors, and contribute to protocol development. Qualifications & Skills: Requires licensure as an RN (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and a minimum of a nursing diploma or associate degree. Less than one year of clinical experience is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and commitment to professional development. Additional duties include resource management, compliance with policies, and participation in quality initiatives, all aimed at delivering optimal patient outcomes and supporting system standards.
