About the employer
Personalcare Registered Professional Nursing, P.C.
Hiring organization
You would practice inside county jail medical departments staffed by Personalcare Registered Professional Nursing, P.C., with the Kingston footprint at Ulster County Jail. The work is sick call, assessments, vitals each shift, and med-room accountability while you keep security requirements…
What reviewers appreciate
- $20,000 sign-on bonus on full-time RN postings at Rochester/Monroe and Binghamton/Broome sites
- Posted hourly ranges up to $52/hr (Hudson area) and $57.50/hr (Broome County Correctional)
- Tuition reimbursement listed on RN postings
What reviewers flag
- No residency program—training is on-the-job with a stated minimum two-week orientation at Binghamton
- Work is inside jails: security requirements and controlled-substance/sharps accountability sit beside every sick call
- Base pay and sign-on amounts vary by county site; Kingston-specific hourly base is not posted the same way as Hudson or Broome
Benefits: Postings cite health insurance, vision, PTO, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, on-the-job training, and site-based sign-on bonuses ($15,000–$20,000 FT RN).
