Crossroads of Hope is a Support for Community Living (SCL) agency dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee medical training, ensure staff competency, and support our team in delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities

- Complete all necessary training.
- Accurately complete and submit paperwork in a timely manner.
- Conduct medical training in accordance with State Approved Guidelines and the DBHDID-approved Medication Administration curriculum.
- Oversee annual Tuberculin testing for staff and participants.
- Administer injections when needed.
- Supervise and train staff on all participant medical needs.
- Communicate with pharmacies regarding any medication issues.
- Manage medication receipt, returns, and disposal in compliance with policies.
- Enter and maintain data in the Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST).
- Review participant hospitalizations and communicate with hospitals prior to discharge to ensure appropriate coordination of care and determine whether the participant can safely return to our program.

- Must be 21 years or older with at least an associate degree in nursing.
- Hold a current and valid Kentucky RN license.
- Strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDDs) (preferred).
