The Registered Nurse – On-Call is responsible for all aspects of the on-call process (consult, initial assessments schedule as well as unscheduled visits) with appropriate documentation being completed in a timely manner and in compliance with agency policies and procedures. Maximize the comfort and health of patients and families.

Requirements
RN License - Kentucky
RN License - Ohio
RN License
Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current licensure in the state of Kentucky and Ohio
2 years experience in a patient care position in a hospital, nursing home, or related health care facility
Knowledge of current trends and techniques in nursing practices
Continuing education requirements maintained in accordance with State of Kentucky and Ohio requirements
Effective communication skills
Must arrange travel and be able to access patient homes independently
Ability to supervise others
