CCS Industries is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing healthcare staffing team for upcoming public health clinic opportunities in Pinal County, Arizona.

This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in county-operated outpatient and community health clinics serving diverse patient populations. Qualified candidates will be considered for future assignments supporting preventive healthcare, patient education, family planning services, immunizations, and other public health initiatives.

*This opportunity is contingent upon contract award and staffing needs.*

*Responsibilities*

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and accurately document findings.
  • Administer medications, immunizations, injections, and prescribed treatments.
  • Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to healthcare providers.
  • Collect specimens and perform clinical procedures within the RN scope of practice.
  • Educate patients on medications, disease prevention, wellness, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems.
  • Follow HIPAA, infection prevention, patient safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Maintain professionalism while delivering compassionate, culturally sensitive healthcare services.

*Qualifications*

  • Current, unrestricted Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Previous experience in public health, outpatient clinics, family practice, primary care, medical-surgical, women’s health, or community health preferred.
  • Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative healthcare team.

*Preferred Qualifications*

  • Public health or community health experience.
  • Women’s health, reproductive health, immunization, or preventive care experience.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
