School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Elmira, New York

• Current, active New York State license as an RN or LPN/LVN
• Previous experience in school nursing or pediatric care (highly valued)
• Comfortable administering tube feedings, medication, and conducting nebulizer treatments
• Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and student safety
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting medically fragile children

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 nursing care to students with specialized medical needs, including medication administration and tube feeding
• Provide essential program nursing support in multi-disability classrooms: manage medications, nebulizer treatments, and feeding protocols
• Accurately document all care provided and respond quickly to emergent student needs
• Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and the clinical team
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for every student
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety guidelines and school policies
