Registered Nurse (RN) - Visiting Nurse

Role Overview Provides nursing care to patients in their homes or facilities by utilizing the nursing process in accordance with ANA standards. Responsible for patient assessment, diagnosis, goal setting, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver personalized, evidence-based care while ensuring safety, effectiveness, and cost-efficiency.
