Overview

The Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (WOCN) is a specialized healthcare professional responsible for providing expert care to patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and continence issues. The WOCN should have specialized training and certification, as well as excellent communication, critical thinking, and clinical skills. This position is vital for improving patient outcomes, enhancing comfort, and promoting independence in individuals facing complex care challenges.

Education

BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree -Nursing

Certification/Licensure

Active RN Lic (VA or Compact)

Experience

3 years of RN experience required

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $45.57 - $68.55 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as

• shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
