Registered Nurse position at Edenbridge PACE at Skyland Town Center in Southeast Washington, DC. Full-time, M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm. Under direct supervision of the Clinical Services Manager, provides skilled nursing care to participants.
Works directly with the Interdisciplinary Team and participant family members or caregivers to achieve care plan goals. Duties include blood draws, laboratory testing, medical management, IV therapies, wound care, documenting in EMR, medication reconciliation, home visits, and reporting participant conditions to physicians. Requires graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse Program, licensed in DC, 1 year of healthcare experience with frail or elderly population, current DC Driver's License, and Covid-19 and seasonal flu vaccination.
